For as long as I can remember I have really enjoyed making soups. It is so satisfying using different combinations of ingredients  to produce something tasty and nourishing. I began taking soup to market to keep warm and shared it with friends who all said I should have a stall and share with a wider audience. I resisted this until this year when I decided to take the plunge. I was thrilled with the reception I got at The Duck Pond Market in Richmond and I am looking forward to being there fairly regularly , definitely during the colder months.

I plan to bring three different soups each time with something to suit almost everyone. I do have a solid base of firm favourites but love coming across something new so if you have a favourite that you would like me to try please do pop it into an email using the button below.
